Grilled Ginger Pineapple
- Fresh Pinapple, cut into eight strips (If you don’t know how to core a pineapple, google it.)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
Mix ginger, lime juice, and agave nectar in a bowl. Add pineapple and toss to coat. Let the pineapple marinate for 20 minutes or so, then grill a few minutes on each side. I used a grill pan on medium-high heat, but you could use a real grill if you wanted. Be sure not to over cook because the pineapple will get soggy and nobody wants that.
