No-Tella Banana Bread

I made this because I was jealous of seeing pictures of everyone else’s Nutella Banana Bread. I used Justin’s Nut Butter in Chocolate Hazelnut instead of Nutella, but if you’re looking to get real jazzy you can make your own from scratch. The Happy Herbivore has a great recipe.
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 cup organic sugar, like Florida Crystals
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance, melted
- 2 eggs worth of Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Nutella substitute
Combine the wet (except the nutella substitute) and dry ingredients separately then mix together. Pour half of the mixture into a greased bread loaf pan. Drizzle half of the Nutella substitute on top of that then use a toothpick or butter knife to swirl it in. Carefully repeat with remaining banana mixture and Nutella Substitute.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
